The Riverkings Sports Foundation is up and running! We are happy to announce the birth of this new foundation, a registered 501 (c) nonprofit with the intention of supporting sports and entertainment, initially focusing on youth ice hockey. The RSF will provide opportunities for the organization of player development clinics, establishing youth travel teams, and developing/updating facilities for players and fans.
The founding members include Paul Pechmann, Renee Pechmann, Rob Whitehead, and John McNeish. While the board is anxious to get started with developing teams and player clinics, there is a a lot of work needed to get the organization in good operating order. Keep an eye out for future updates.
